Return & Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will gladly accept any unused, unwashed and undamaged merchandise with original packing and tags of your purchase for an exchange or a return.

  • Customers can exchange an article within 15 days, provided they present the original invoices.
  • Socks are not applicable for return due to hygiene reasons.
  • 50% and above articles are not applicable for return/exchange.
  • Alteration of apparels are not applicable for return/exchange.
  • Merchandise must be exchanged or returned with the original invoice.
  • For orders Rs 25000 or exceeding, prepayment is required.
  • The articles purchased during sale are not eligible for refund.

International Orders Return

Unfortunately we do not accept return for orders shipped internationally but items that have been wrongfully delivered in terms of size or colour will be refunded for the items amount or the customer can apply for free shipping for the next order. There will be no refund on shipping charges.
