Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information XRagnar collects when you visit or buy from xragnar.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have. XRagnar is the data controller. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which processes information on our behalf.
What we collect
- Order information — your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address and order contents.
- Payment information — handled directly by our payment providers. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Account information — if you create an account, your login details, saved addresses and order history.
- Device information — browser, IP address, time zone, pages viewed and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Anything you send us — messages through the contact form, email, WhatsApp or social channels.
Why we use it
- To process your order, take payment, arrange delivery and send order confirmations and tracking.
- To answer questions about sizing, orders and returns.
- To screen orders for fraud and to meet our accounting and tax obligations.
- To send marketing emails or messages, only where you have opted in.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the parties that make an order possible: Shopify, which hosts the store; our payment providers; the couriers who deliver your parcel; the email and messaging services that send your order updates; and analytics providers who help us understand site traffic. We may also disclose information where we are required to by law or to protect our rights.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart and session working, to remember saved items, and to measure how the store is used. Essential cookies cannot be switched off without breaking checkout. You can block or delete the rest through your browser settings; some parts of the site may then behave unexpectedly.
Marketing
Marketing messages are sent only if you have asked for them. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by writing to hello@xragnar.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect order-related messages, which we must send to fulfil your purchase.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them to service the order and for the period required by Pakistani tax and accounting law. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Account information is kept until you ask us to close the account.
International transfers
Because the store runs on Shopify and we use international couriers and payment providers, your information may be stored or processed outside Pakistan, including in countries whose data protection laws differ from your own.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are legally required to keep. Write to hello@xragnar.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Children
The store is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The store runs over an encrypted connection and payments are handled by PCI-compliant providers. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
